Biography

Dany Boon starts his career as a cartoonist and turns to comedy by writing his own sketches. In the 90’, he becomes one of the most acclaimed comedian thanks to his one-man-shows.
Without giving up his theatre career, Dany Boon makes his debut on screen in Thee Great White of Lambarene in 1994. Then he appears in Bimboland by Ariel Zeitoun, Moving Out by Olivier Doran or Pédale dure by Gabriel Aghion.
In 2005, Dany Boon is in Merry Christmas by Christian Carion while directing his first feature La Maison du bonheur adapted from his play La Vie de chantier.
