Now in its 21st year, the Los Angeles COLCOA French Film Festival will take place from April 24 through May 2, 2017, with around forty French feature films on the program.
Around thirty recent French films will be showcased at the event, along with a retrospective on the film noir genre, documentaries, a TV competition, and a VR Corner: view the complete program here.
The sizeable and very diverse French delegation will notably include Patrick Bruel, Nicolas Boukhrief, Lambert Wilson, Hugo Gélin, Éric Lavaine, Lisa Azuelos Philippe Lioret, Morgan Simon, Marie-Castille Mention-Schaar, Nicolas Bedos, Doria Tillier, Stéphane Brizé, Bruno Dumont, Alexandra Lamy, and Dany Boon.
And to top it all off, a short film competition (featuring 18 films, plus one title presented out-of-competition) will end with an awards ceremony held on April 30 at the Directors Guild of America (DGA) on Sunset Boulevard.
