French works will be in the spotlight during the latest edition of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and its international market (which will take place from June 14 through 19 in Annecy and online), with 53 French works presented: 2 features in competition, 2 features in screening events, 30 shorts, 9 series and TV specials, 8 graduation films, and 6 immersive reality works.
Two French features will have their premieres during the festival: My Sunny Maad by Michaela Pavlátová, as part of Official Competition, and Even Mice Belong in Heaven by Denisa Grimmová and Jan Bubenicek during a screening event.
