Born in Paris in 1969, Delpy first appeared in Jean-Luc Godard's DETECTIVE in 1985. A graduate of NYU Film School, she directed her first short Blah Blah Blah, which was presented at the Sundance Film Festival in 1995. She received numerous awards and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Screenlay for BEFORE SUNSET in 2004. Her credits as an actor include: EUROPA EUROPA (90); THE THREE MUSKATEERS (93); KILLING ZOE (94); BEFORE SUNRISE (95); and BROKEN FLOWERS (05).
