TIFF director and CEO Piers Handling, along with the festival's artistic director Cameron Bailey, have just announced the first section of the 2015 festival lineup, which features five French films in the two high-profile categories of Special Presentations and Galas:

Families by Jean-Paul Rappeneau (starring Mathieu Amalric and Marine Vacth)
Summertime by Catherine Corsini (starring Cécile de France and Izïa Higelin)

Other French titles are expected to be announced in other festival sections over the next few days.
UniFrance films will be at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival to accompany film crew members presenting French films in the various festival selections, and, as is the tradition each year, will welcome sales agents representing French films at a booth hosted throughout the event.
