UniFrance and the Film Society of the Lincoln Center copresent a celebrated annual showcase « Rendez-Vous with French Cinema » which allows the US audiences to discover the best in contemporary French Cinema in one of the most prestigious NY venues, the Lincoln Center.
The selection made of some 20 feature films, presented by a delegation of some 40 French guests, comes with many talks and special events and demonstrates that the landscape of French cinema has never been more fertile, and the voices issuing from it never more diverse. Through this annual rich lineup, French cinema displays its uniqueness and modernity, echoing with acuity the turmoil of the world and demonstrates a sharp sense of mise en scène from both the new generation of auteurs and the acclaimed directors.
