Biography

Discovered at the age of 14 by a casting director, Vahina Giocante stars in Marie Baie des Anges.
Dancer at the Opera of Marseille, she stars in Stolen Life by Yves Angelo alongside Emmanuelle Béart and Sandrine Bonnaire.
In 2002, Sandrine Ray offers her the first and difficult role of Claire in Alive. Vahina Giocante then links up arthouse films (Les Fantômes du Louba by Martine Dugowson – 2000, Corsica by Frédéric Graziani – 2003, Lila Says by Ziad Doueiri – 2004 ) and audience successes, Blueberry by Jan Kounen – 2003.
In 2006, Vahina Giocante will star in Riviera by Anne Villaceque alongside Miou-Miou and Elie Semoun.
