The 16th edition of this festival is to be held from November 17 through 27, 2005.
French cinema will be represented by three films in the Official Competition: "Douches froides" ("Cold Showers") by Antony Cordier, "Les Invisibles" by Thierry Jousse, and "Riviera" by Anne Villacèque.
The French delegation at the event includes Antony Cordier, Anne Villacèque, Jacques Audiard, Dominik Moll, Vahina Giocante, Thierry Jousse, and Romain Duris.
This festival has stamped itself as one of the key movie industry events in Northern Europe, with a program offering a blend of films by new directors and veteran filmmakers. All up, 18 French productions (including co-productions) will be showcased in the various sections of this year's festival.
