Leading the international box office in July, Un moment d'égarement climbed to fourth place of the Russian box office the week it was released, and crossed the 200,000 admissions threshold at the end of the month. The film is now in third position in terms of results achieved by French films in Russia in 2015, behind the animated film, Mune (988,000 admissons), and Taken 3 (766,000 admissions).
It has been a great summer for Profs 2 in Europe's French-speaking markets. In Belgium, where it launched with more than 1,000 spectators per print during its opening week, the film accumulated nearly 140,000 admissions in four weeks. It will overtake the results of Profs in 2013, the box office leader in Belgium, in terms of French films, that year. In French-speaking Switzerland, Les Profs 2 registered 25,000 spectators by the end of July.
French arthouse films displayed fine results in Latin America. With more than 20,000 admissions registered in four weeks for A Castle in Italy in Argentina, the film is on par with the recent performances in the region of Clouds of Sils Maria. With the 34,000 spectators for The Blue Room and the 15,000 for 3 Hearts, arthouse films occupy a majority of the French Top 10 in 2015 in this complex market. In Mexico, Breathe and Bird People (which each clocked up 13,000 admissions in their opening weeks) presented a good average per print. Lastly, in Colombia, 3 Hearts tallied 10,000 admissions in two weeks.
