Represented by : Artmedia

Agent : Frédérique Moidon

Vincent Rottiers was part of a theatre troupe in secondary school. He wanted to get an agent, but no offers came his way; so after to taking to street performing, he was finally noticed. At 15, he had the lead role in "Diables" by Christophe Ruggia (2001), in which he performed with astonishing authenticity the role of an abandoned kid constantly running away with the sister he adored.
He was cast in "Narco: The Secret Adventures of Gustave Klopp" and "Nina's Home", followed by two other important adolescent roles, one in which Vanessa Paradis takes him under her wing in "Mon ange" (2005) the at the side of Julie Depardieu in "The Passenger" by Eric Caravaca, for which he obtained the Cesar nomination for Most Promising Young Actor in 2007.
Vincent Rottiers next dabbled in comedy ("Treasured Island") and two big budget historical films ("Intimate Enemies", "Female Agents"). In 2009, his most notable roles were in intimate dramas incarnating a hypersensitive young man: going back and forth between his adopted family and his real mother in "I'm Glad My Mother Is Alive" by Claude Miller and Nathan Miller, and as a hood in "In the Beginning" and "Silent Voice".
