Unifrance is partnering the Doclisboa festival, whose 20th edition will be held from October 6 through 16 in Lisbon, by supporting a French focus showcasing French productions, with no less than sixty-one French productions and coproductions in the different sections of the program.
Unifrance will support five French projects in development that have been selected by Doclisboa and that will be accompanied and pitched by their producers and directors during the festival as part of Nebulae, Doclisboa's industry section, and its coproduction market.
The French focus will be held as part of the France-Portugal cross-season and is part of the continuity of a specific support program set up two years ago for French documentary professionals to help them at all stages of the development of their works, from financing to distribution.
