Le Fou de Beaucourt
Synopsis
Bernard Marquat is a collector - with a penchant for old cars and motorbikes. Although he also likes anything mechanically remarkable and old in general. His miscellaneous accumulation of objects and his radical storing methods sometimes make him appear as rather original. This film is the virtual representation of an utopian museum that he will never create. It is a filmic and filial gesture - the director is Marquat's son - which relates to that of the main character: to collect, preserve and show.
