Synopsis
On the slopes of Belleville, a working class neighborhood in Paris, a park was created twenty-five years ago during a huge urban renewal operation. It has now reached maturity and this haven of greenery shelters the neighborhood's diverse range of inhabitants. With simple gestures, Gérard, the park's head gardener and a philosopher, watches over his domain and over the souls of those who frequent it. As the seasons pass, life flows by within this little world, offering us a peaceful reflection of our society.
