Synopsis
Dakar. By thousands, children live in the street. With the support of some artists, Anta M' Bow took up the challenge and created the Empire of children. Welcoming the children, putting them back and their feet and do everything so that they return to family, it is the bet of the Empire. By what magic of the children who arrive blank inhale the joy of living after a few days? An action movie which plunges the spectator into the challenges of the Empire, the reception center and the real place of artistic life.
