The meeting between Karole Rocher and director Sylvie Verheyde in 1997 marked a turning point in both their careers. The director opened the door to filmmaking for the actress in "Brother", her first feature. In 1999, Sylvie Verheyde asked her back for "Princesses", her second feature starring Emma de Caunes. That same year, she played a young widow on unemployment in "Save Me" by Christian Vincent. In 2000, she joined the cast of Anne Fontaine's "My Father and I" and then Raphael Fejto's feature "Osmosis". In 2003 she played opposite Olivier Gourmet in "Adieu" by Arnaud de Pallieres. In 2008, she played once again in a new film by Sylvie Verheyde, "Stella", and in 2009 she appeared in Maïwenn's "Le bal des actrices" and Christopher Thomson's "Bus Palladium".
