Festivals
- Cédric Klapisch and Santiago Amigorena traveled to Mexico for the 21st Tour de Ciné Francés (September 8-October 19), at which they attended a preview screening of Back to Burgundy and led a number of master classes.
- Django was the opening film at the Jecheon Music & Film Festival (August 10-15) in South Korea, with Étienne Comar in attendance for the screening.
- Marie Deroudille was at the Les Percéides Film Festival (August 23-27) in Quebec to present her film Robert Doisneau, Through The Lense.
- Thierry Frémaux, F.J. Ossang, and Gilles Bourdos presented their films at the Helsinki International Film Festival (September 14-24).
- The Zurich Film Festival (September 28-October 8) is currently hosting the attendance of Dieudo Hamadi, Tonie Marshall, Emmanuelle Seigner, and Amanda Sthers.
- The New York Film Festival (NYFF) (September 28-October 15) is currently hosting the presence of JR, Mathieu Amalric, Neïl Beloufa, Serge Bozon, Robin Campillo, Stéphane De Freitas, Arnaud Desplechin, Philippe Garrel, Esther Garrel, Alain Gomis, Isabelle Huppert, Claude Lanzmann, Nahuel Pérez Biscayart, Ben Russell, Barbet Schroeder, Arnaud Valois, and Agnès Varda.
Film Releases
- Jérôme Reybaud was in New York from August 3-7 to accompany the release of 4 Days in France.
- Robin Campillo was in Belgium and Switzerland on August 11 to promote the upcoming release of BPM (Beats Per Minute) on August 23, then in Rome on September 28 to October 1 for the film's release in Italy.
- Luc Besson was in Seoul on August 22 to promote the release of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets on August 30 in South Korea.
- Michel Hazanavicius was in Geneva and Brussels on August 22 and 23 to take part in promoting Redoutable, which was released in Switzerland on September 13.
- Philippe de Chauveron and Christian Clavier were in Germany from August 31 to September 2 to accompany the release of À bras ouverts.
- Delphine and Muriel Coulin were in Spain on September 5 and 6 for the release of The Stopover
- Sonia Kronlund was in Switzerland from September 8 to 10 to promote the release of The Prince of Nothingwood.
- Arthur De Pins and Alexis Ducord were in Baden in French-speaking Switzerland for the release of Zombillenium and the presentation of the film at the Fantoche Film Festival (September 5-10).
- Jérôme Salle and Lambert Wilson were in Spain on September 11 and 12 to promote The Odyssey.
- Cédric Klapisch was in Montreal from September 17 to 22 to support the release of Back to Burgundy in Quebec on September 29.
- Bruno Chiche, Louise Bourgoin, and Stéphane De Groodt were in Brussels on September 25 and 26 to promote the release of In & Out.
- Alain Gomis traveled to a number of German cities from September 30 to October 3 in the lead-up to the release of Félicité on October 5.
