Synopsis
The film is the day-by-day chronicle of the one month long occupation of the Palermo city hall by 20 families of homeless citizens. While dressing the portrait of a public institution under exceptional circumstances the movie sheds light on the controversial and often ambiguous relations between the citizens and their elected representatives.
