Synopsis
During the summer of 2003, California was the scene of a political farce. Thanks to a law that almost everyone had forgotten, the Republicans managed to launch deposition proceedings against the state’s recently elected governor. Hearing that Arnold Schwarzenegger, the hero of “Terminator,” was going to join the electoral race, Alex Cooke, a British filmmaker, decided to follow his campaign.
Today in the United States, a lobby group is trying to modify the Constitution so that citizens of foreign origins who have acquired American nationality can run for president.
California is perhaps just a springboard for Arnold Schwarzenegger.
