Unifrance will present its 22nd Unifrance TV Export Awards on December 15 at Le Trianon in Paris, during the PROCIREP French Television Producer Awards ceremony, of which it is a partner. Every year since 2004, these awards have recognized the best-selling French television programs worldwide.
The TV Export Awards highlight both the professionalism and expertise of French distribution companies and the appeal of French creative works internationally in three program categories: animation, documentary, and drama.
In 2024, sales of French television programs exceeded €200 million for the fourth time in 30 years, reaching €209.6 million, a slight increase of 3% over one year. This reflects the quality and diversity of TV works in all genres, which continue to appeal to the international market despite difficult conditions.
