Synopsis
On June 24, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Roe V. Wade decision, which until then had guaranteed the right to abortion in the country. Outside the U.S., other sexual and reproductive rights such as access to sex education, contraception and the rights of LGBTQIA+ people are under threat. The documentary You Must Remain Vigilant looks at the threats to these rights and the resistance being organized in the face of them. In Poland, Hungary, Italy, the United States and France, the film meets the activists who are defending these rights.
