Synopsis
An investigation into the origins of SARS-CoV2, the virus that brought the world to its knees in 2019, following a team of scientists on an expedition in Southeast Asia and behind the scenes of the WHO mission. An inquiry into the source of the epidemic, the roots of evil, or how to advance research when politics interferes with science.
More than three years after the start of the pandemic, the world is still in the unknown. This documentary followed scientists from around the world in their quest for the origins of SARS-CoV2 from the early months of the catastrophe. Virologists, bat biologists, epidemiologists, members of the WHO mission to Wuhan… they are investigating the origins of SARS-CoV2, the virus responsible for Covid19 disease.
