Synopsis
120 hours of archive footage: this is what remains of 35 years of Stroessner's dictatorship in Paraguay. Based on this corpus of rare images found all over the world, the film reconstructs the history of one of the longest-lasting dictatorships of the 20th century, the effects of which are still felt today.
