Synopsis
Ludovic Pessac, a young solicitor in his thirties, is murdered in his office. Deputy Public Prosecutor Elisabeth Richard and Gendarmerie Commander Paul Jansac are put in charge of the case. A second crime is committed. Nicolas Monfort, a real estate agent, is found dead in the swimming pool of a villa, his skull crushed. There is commotion in Aigues-Mortes. Elisabeth and Paul do not believe it is a coincidence. At the same time, Paul Jansac reopens a two-year-old case, the unsolved rape of Clémentine Garcia. New DNA analyses reveal that the profiles of the two victims match those of the suspects. Elisabeth Richard and Paul Jansac will have to unravel a case that turns out to be much more complex than it appears...
