Synopsis
New York – USA – May 1978
Lupe, a young American of Puerto Rican descent who has just arrived in New York, is arrested by the police. In the cell in a juvenile deliquent center, she meets Debbie, a blanquita who invites her join the Slane Shack, a squat in the Lower East Side. Encouraged by her new friend, they decide to form a punk band, despite their complete lack of musical skill.
