Synopsis
1976, in the middle of Lebanese civil war, a group of militant filmmakers managed to smuggle out 30,000 meters of negatives about the war, aiming to make a film explaining the position of the Palestinian revolution from it, and presenting an analytical discourse of the war events.
The negatives’ journey starts from Beirut hoping to end in Rome; the Palestinian film group had contacts with the Italian communist party who agreed to co-produce the film. The journey includes crossing checkpoints, passing prohibited areas, sailing the Mediterranean, waiting and reflections.
