Synopsis
In an elementary school in a tough, outlying area of Paris, where teachers burn out steadily and leave in droves each year, five young and relatively inexperienced teachers made a commitment to stay.
Five years later, they describe their daily lives in this school, one like so many others, what they dream of building and at times fear they cannot achieve.
