Synopsis
A meditation and a dream about a city real and imaginary at the same time. Conceived as a documentary on the French Urban Develpopment Zones, the movie takes finally the shape of a poetic confrontation with the psychology-geography of contemporary Europe in crisis. A requiem for a city dreamed in the meanwhile of its past and its present.
