Synopsis
Etienne’s grandmother offers him a video camera so he can film his ice-skating practice. The teenager then starts filming his daily life in Rouen with his friends and mother. He treats it like a game, a way of recording memories; he’s no voyeur. He’s particularly keen on one of his teachers, thinking that the man would make an ideal boyfriend for his mother. It turns out he is right, for the pair get together. However, their relationship makes Etienne realize that his own desire was more ambiguous than he’d suspected…
