Synopsis
The fate of the people in this housing project in the suburbs of Marseilles seems to be poverty, unemployment, petty crime and drugs. A lone priest fights against the odds but what can he do besides hand out sermons, syringes and condoms?A group of mothers has the answer: "Let's teach them to steal properly... from the rich and the privileged, like in the old days..."
