About
"The character of Anne is neither a victim of men nor slayer of men. She just took life as it came, and coped pretty well with it. Early in the film, she is seen as a woman who succeeds in everything—great job, great kids, great house. But the baby of the family disrupts that fine balance, and as soon as Anne realizes that all her decisions have been selfish ones, she begins to do some soul-searching."
(Charlotte de Turckheim, Director)
