In the middle ages, on the eve of her wedding to Godefroy De Montmirail, Frenegonde De Pouille’s father the Duke interrupts the preparations with catastrophic news. Someone has stolen the family jewels, and — worse! — the sacred relic of Saint Rolande, which has been preciously guarded by the family for generations, not least because it assures the fertility of the De Pouille womenfolk. So where are the venerable baubles? Stranded in the late 1990s, along with Jacquouille and Ginette.

About
It was through all the people I met in the street and all the letters I received that I realized how eager moviegoers were for a sequel to “The Visitors”. I found myself talking to kids who’d been too young to go to the movies when it came out and had only seen it on video or on TV. Jacquouille is part of their mental universe. I had never before played a character who means as much to kids as Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck. It was hard for me to resist the urge to communicate by slipping back into the persona of Jacquouille.
