The fourth edition of Francia está en pantalla, an event organized by the Institut Français in Spain and Unifrance, will take place this year from June 4 to 7 at several locations in Madrid, with the filmmakers Agathe Riedinger and Anne-Sophie Bailly, and actress Malou Khebizi in attendance.
The fourth edition of the festival, organized by the Institut Français in Spain and Unifrance, will, like last year, take place at several venues in Madrid, and this year will once again welcome filmmakers and artists who will be available to meet the audience after the screenings.
This event aims to give visibility to contemporary French audiovisual creation in all its diversity, by programming films of different genres, dealing with a variety of social issues, and aimed at all audiences, with a particular interest in young people.
For the second year running, the festival is taking place in collaboration with Cines Embajadores, a circuit committed to the distribution of auteur films, and the Círculo de Bellas Artes. Screenings will take place at these two venues, as well as at the Institut Français.
Parallel Franco-Spanish professional meetings will take place at the Institut Français in Madrid and the Círculo de Bellas Artes, organized by the Institut Français in Spain, the ICAA - Instituto de la cinematografía y de las artes audiovisuales, and the CNC.
- June 4: meetings between the CNC and the ICAA on the subject of audiovisual financing in Europe. In the presence of Gaëtan Bruel, President of the CNC, and Ignasi Camós, Director General of the ICAA, as well as Gilles Pélisson, President of Unifrance.
