In addition to trips made around the world in July by actors and directors to represent French films, we can also report that three major awards were won by French fantasy and genre films this month: the Puchon Fantasy Film Festival in South Korea awarded its Puchon Choice Grand Prize to Revenge by Coralie Fargeat, while Climax by Gaspar Noé picked up the Narcisse Award for Best Film at the Neuchâtel International Fantasy Film Festival in Switzerland (award presented by David Cronenberg, see photo), and Just a Breath Away by Daniel Roby won the Cheval Noir for Best Film at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal.
