The annual European exhibitors' convention will be held in Barcelona this month. This event provides an opportunity to present trailers of French films that are scheduled for international release in 2016 and beyond.
CineEurope, the annual meeting point for European exhibitors, will take place in Barcelona from June 20 to 23, 2016. The International Union of Cinemas (UNIC) will celebrate the 25th edition of the event this year.
On June 23, Unifrance president Jean-Paul Salomé will present around 15 trailers of French films, including Cézanne and I, which will be screened in the presence of its director Danièle Thompson.
This will be the third time that UniFrance attends this event with the aim of enhancing the exposure of French films to exhibitors and program directors, who, this year, will have the chance to view extracts from The Odyssey, Last Call for Nowhere, Elle, Personal Shopper, The Red Turtle, Eternity, Slack Bay, From the Land of the Moon, Blood Father, A Bag of Marbles, Leap, Back to Burgundy and Elementary.
