Synopsis
Unemployed, Audrey is anything but a go-getter. She lives alone with her 16-year-old son, Enzo, a brilliant young boy enrolled in a sports-focused academic program. But now he finds himself fighting for his life after taking a medication. Devastated, Audrey discovers an unexpected strength within herself. Even though the doctors refuse to link his condition to the medication, she’s determined to fight and try to understand. She embarks on an uphill battle. With the help of Maître Tcheuffa, a humble lawyer who works on a volunteer legal aid bus, she will try to sort out fact from fiction in a world whose rules she doesn’t understand—and where she risks losing far more than just her fight to bring the truth to light…
