Synopsis
Hua Liu hopes to obtain a long-stay visa in France and spend her retirement close to her daughter Lou, but above all close to Paul, her grandson she has never met. But Hua is also a committed poetess. One day, she gives a clandestine reading in a Chinese restaurant. A man dressed in a suit confiscates all her books. After collecting Paul from school, she is summoned by a mysterious office to collect an important document.
