Synopsis
The film deciphers the reasons of a crisis which is fracturing Mali and has spread to neighboring countries. A double failure: the war against terrorism led by France and that of the Malian State, powerless to provide the basic services expected by its populations.
Political leaders, leaders of politico-military movements, traditional and religious leaders, fighters and Malian citizens explain the deep dynamics of this crisis which has precipitated the decline of democracy and the hopes born from independence.
