Synopsis
A house. The one my grandmother lived in since 1971. Everything remained intact after her death. What to do with this legacy? Today, the objects she accumulated are a call to better understand the woman she was. Can the material traces that I observe, count, classif, and arrange in the context of still lifes fill in her silences and whisper things about her life? Between her and these things, are there not the aspirations of a woman driven by the unspoken desire to be recognized as a white Frenchwoman?

Tender Age, by Julien Gaspar-Oliveri
Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets. A loudmouth, provocative, and seeking attention, Diane tries to stand apart from her mother and wishes, during a weekend, to live like an adult.
