Synopsis
Répétitions is a French expression referring to the act of rehearsing (an action) and the act of preparing (a performance). In this film, two dancers, a choreographer, and a director play themselves in the act of creation. The dancers receive several levels of instruction from the choreographer and director, and respond with their own interpretations. In the midst of these tasks, a spontaneous and ephemeral system of shared affects and energies emerges, leading to a deeper field of understanding.
