Synopsis
Alone in space, an astronaut survives in orbit around a deserted Earth. Messages reach him in a language he doesn't understand, and his attempts to communicate with the rest of the world all end in failure. The chance to dock with a space station gives him the opportunity to set off in search of new sources of oxygen - a resource that has become scarce. As he makes his way through this station called Bab-L, he comes face to face with that endangered thing, dialogue and communication.
