Synopsis

On December 31, 2022, a few minutes before the stroke of midnight, Marc Honoré, a doctor, is murdered in his ward. After the tragedy, Juliette, the cop on the scene, Anna, Marc’s ex-wife, and Cedric, a paramedic and Marc’s friend, find themselves in the hospital elevator. When they arrive at the ground floor, the doors open on a party, a banner says «Happy New Year 2022». They are 1 year in the past.
