Synopsis
A film from the Les Petits Secrets des grands tableaux collection - Season 3
The Lady and the Unicorn, c. 1500, an anonymous work, is a mysterious and bewitching set of six tapestries considered one of the masterpieces of Western art. A metaphor of desire, the celebration of the five human senses and of a sixth spiritual and humanist sense, the fantasy of the magical unicorn announced the end of the French medieval period.
