Synopsis
Tojinbo is a small, seaside resort town on the northern coast of Honshu Island in Japan. Each day, visitors from throughout the country rush to admire the impressive, black balsalt cliffs. Away from the bustle of the main street, with its souvenir stores, a man who has bound his life to this site guides us in our discovery of his paradoxal reality: a tourist town by day and macabre theater by night.
