Synopsis
Three brothers in the Artois region of France: Hubert, a livestock trader, Dominique, a butcher, and Thierry, who raises cattle. Three jobs in the meat sector and three ways of approaching life and the following generation. How is expertise and knowledge, this connection to the soil and the life that goes with it, passed on? What will the children do with this heritage?
