Synopsis
A documentary that takes place in Burkina Faso, Africa, where Gérard Muller, who became blind in the prime of his life, sets out to meet with the country's blind people. By following the cycling event "L'Etoile de Ouaga," Gérard shows us how this race serves as a backdrop for many encounters between people, relating to sport and on a human level. He also meets with a young blind boy from Burkina Faso named Oumar, which leads him to embark on a new humanitarian venture, as, with support from a French school, he launches the initiative "Oumar à l'Hôpital des Quinze-Vingts à Paris."
