Synopsis
A highway constructed but not used (the A65 Langon-Pau), a gigantic railroad project (the high-speed Southwest Track), an airport project dating back forty years (Notre Dame des Landes). Beneath these infrastructures, lives, territories, and natural spaces sacrificed or about to be so, for the common good.
But who determines the "common good?" How? A film about the democracy of major building projects, about the way they are undertaken, and about what people feel about these types of decisions, today in France.
