Synopsis
In Siberia, Yulia and Katia have been transferred from the orphanage to confinement in a neuropsychiatric unit where they have been deprived of all their civil rights: no freedom, no possibiity of establishing a family, nor of earning a wage.
Each begins a struggle so that the state gives them back their rights and makes their emancipation possible.
Between hopes and disappointments, Liberation, the User's Guide is the tale of this path toward liberty.
