Synopsis
How a dictator presents himself to tourists? What narrative, what actors, which direction does he make? International tourism was shot as the captation of an entertainment show on the scale of a country, North Korea. Museums, painting workshops, cinema studios or chemical factories are presented to us by guides the voices of which we shall never understand.
