Synopsis
he French driver's license point system was established more than 20 years ago.
Genuine places where classes and cultures mix, the training sessions to earn back points are occasions for those who have committed driving offenses to express their rebellion and to also cross paths.
The many accounts and images gathered by Coline Serreau during these sessions paint a tragicomic portrait of our society where everyone's individualism and petty habits endanger the happiness of all.
A loaded portrait, but through an empathetic gaze, Hit the Road is a film made in the four corners of France.
