Synopsis
In the mountains which separate the North from the South of China, a lot of out in the sticks villages are situated high up. It is a region forgotten by the infrastructurals reforms and nevertheless, here, arises the same type of intracommunity problems. To try to resolve the inevitable conflicts inherent to the human condition, in particular in these societies cut off from the world, the administration established a system of itinerant justice.
